turbo coolant line ?

hey guys, I need some help.
I'm finishing up a quick repair on the Starion, theres a line that feeds water to the turbo housing, the line cracked so I ran down to the autopart store and the guys there sold me a rubber hose of the same width but couldnt tell me if it will withstand the temp of the turbo. You guys with turbos, do regular high temp hoses work or are there turbo rated lines for that?

For the coolant, hi temp hose should be fine, if it was for oil I would get something spacificly for hi temp oil.

yea, i just use regular vacuum hose they sell, never had a problem

Dont use just vacume hose, it isnt rated for oils or coolant and will deteriorate over time. You want to get something that is designed for fuels, oils, and coolant. It looks exactly the same, just different matterial.

yea, heater hose is what most auto part stores sell. It'll work just fine on coolant.
