i was wondering should i buy Photoshop or flash??
they re both the around the same price and i wanna create animations but i wanna chop cars like some other AF members do
any ideas or segestions would be great

They are for completely different things, what do you want to do: animate for the web or digitally manipulate images for the web?
I have a very nice regular spam email offering them to me for only $50 USD +P/H that I'm more than happy to forward the next time I see it if you would like to save some money. :icon16:

i want to do animations for things like newgrounds or just to F around
but im really into cars and i wanna experiment on vehicles
im thinking more like flash because you can do more and it ll last longer but agian ive only heard but barely even seen these programs

Download the free trials and try them out.

I would buy photoshop first, because once you are down with all of it's features, you will have enough money saved to buy Flash. It's a more logical purchase because Flash can use photoshop produced images, but not vice versa.
