Can I be a local mod? I dont care about being able to ban anyone, I just want to be able to close threads.. like the many that have been brought up by the newbies lately.

I too think that we should have more local mods that would only have the power to close threads that are ancient. I wonder if the threads could be set up so that no one can post in one that hasn't been used for like six months except the mods.

What does it take to become a mod?

Hell i'd wash your car for the fun of it, only cars though, trucks are harder. I like washing cars, as long as they're already waxed.

most of the time.....if you ask...then you wont be a mod.This is the number one way to assure you will never be a mod, If you ask, your automatically on the never will be list. The only way to become a mod is to be recommended in the moderator forum like I was and 89 was (even though it was brought up in the camaro forum as well, I was also nominated by 89 and hypsi in the mod corner despite the poll thread made by my men Kaotik & cuda :smile:) then the other mods vote yes or no. If any of the other mods can give a reason why you shouldn't be a mod, You won't get the chance. If you seem to be level headed and most (99.999999%) of your post are helpful and without flaming and there is a need and at least 3 other mods have backed the decision to make you a mod. Then the admin will contact you about taking on the added responsiblity and give you the local mod privileges , However no one ever goes global right away (nor are they able to ban til the admin see's fit) and at the current time there is no need for a Camaro forum mod. 89 post's in every single thread in this forum and I do read most but if there is a need in the short future, I will definetly give you guys a good looking over and discuss it with the other mods. So no one ask again but we haven't forgotten about you guys :biggrin:.

That sure was fun, ripping on him and all. And 89's stories of driving his car onto fences... yep. The good ol days.

The suck list is going to be retired soon. I'm pretty sure you all know I think you suck :loser: and I have grown tired of it. Maybe a few months down the road I will do up a new one.

Uhm.. I would say school, but all I did was mess around, not listen to the teacher, play games online and talk, but I really learned whenever he let us do a collage (I think that's how its spelt) and so called "Use the skills that we have learned from the whole half year we've been working with photoshop" Well I just learned everything in the 3 days I spent working on it :lol: And that's it. I got a 90 something btw, because I didnt suck up. People who sucked up got grades upto 110. What I did was on Jets, people who sucked up did stuff on the Mavericks and school crap.

That was the original suck list I had and then cuda did another gay rainbow one for me I pretended to like :loser: but he also did the original one, Also Josh's suck list thing is from a old post in the banter thread were he said he thought chicks with penis's were hot, which mademe throw up in my mouth a little and was definetly grounds for suck listing.

He had said he had a emergency on his car and wanted to know if it was normal for the car not to start when it had no gas in it and did I think he needed to maybe change his injector's at which point I came to the conclusion he must be killed.
