music

i just got this car its a 2001 sunfire, when i shut the car off n take the key out my music doesnt shut off.. sumtimes i have to play with for 15 min. befor i can shut it off!! what am i doing wrong???

does it shut off right away when you open the door?

after 15 minutes of power draw, the car will shut off all accessories until you turn the key again. for like if you leave the dome light on or whatever.
