I own a 95 YJ, and I'm installing a 3.5 inch lift, and droping the T-Case an inch. Does anyone think that I will run into vibrations??? Or will I be ok, any opinions are appreciated. Thanks

The consideration most important is that the centerlines of the pinions need to be parallel to the centerlines of their transfer case output shafts. If that is right, you should have no problem with vibrations.

Ya got me curious cause I couldn't remember it so I just looked it up. Max recommended angle is 3 degrees between the parallel centerlines of the pinion/TC output shafts and the drive shaft (for a standard u-joint shaft).

The maximum lift before you exceed the 3 degrees will depend on the length of the drive shaft.

Get rid of the slip yoke. Gives you a longer drive shaft and less angle.
