Heat problem

The car is not overheating, but it is heating up VERY fast. Also, it's losing coolant, but I can't tell if it's an internal or external leak.
A few months ago I accidentally put green coolant in my 97 sunfire 2.2l. When I found out what this can do to dexcool I quickly went to my parts store, bought a flush kit, installed it on the upper line and flushed my system. No gelatinous stuff came out, and it was all green so I figured it was ok. Now I slowly lose coolant, and the car heats up REALLY fast. No white smoke though, and the spark plugs look ok. Also, I did a compression test and it came back 145, 140, 140, 130.

Did an oil change, no coolant in my oil. Also there is no white smoke.
Is this potentially a problem with my rad?
Searching suggests it could be water pump maybe? How would I check if my pump is faulty?
