Sasa and I agree to start same car at same time and we started Stratos.
He is on vacation now and there he works on his.
I put aluminium color for base color because I still didn't decided which one I will put over it.
I made somethinh what military models calls preshading, make panel lines before paint. It's thin layer of alumium color so panels are full visible.

just a quick note on some details.
on the stradale version of the car, those two rectangle (riveted) panels behind the doors aren't there, as i found out after i painted mine.....

Indeed, I wish I had did my research a bit better before painting. But the paintjob came out so nice I didn't wan't to do it over.
I should have removed some of the bodydetail to get a cleaner look. And the standardgascaps are included in the kit to, I went with the rallyversions covers.

You also made the same mistake as me, the two pins between the headlight to hold on the extra rallylights.
But it is a very nice kit to build, maybe I'll do another rally version, this one was one of the first kits I built and it has lots of flaws.
Good luck putting the body on, it's a tight fit, I broke off the rearsuspension on both of mine, I suggest putting on the rear suspension and wheels after putting the body on.

Thanks for tip. I still can remove it because this is just undercoat for next color.
I removed pins behind the doors, I left ones in front of doors.

Colour is coming out really nice.
Zeljko, are you happy with the panel line pre-shading? I can't really see in teh picture but is it still visible under the top coat?

It will be cool in that blue for sure, door knob is still very visiable so that is one more + for you. Well done.

You're definitely doing a great job of the Hasegawa kit. Love the color and the quality of the paint.
And isn't this kit a sweetheart? I have one myself and love the ease of assembly and the huge metal transfer sheet.

Thanks guys!
It's slow because I don't have time for modeling. :)
But it's very near the end now. :)
Few more parts and polishing because is greasy from my fingers.
