Good shops, bad shops?

hey guys my first post on here :)
wonder if ya'll remember me and guess who i am before purehonda went down...? :flash:

anyways, post up shops that you recommend, and those that you recommend against

HERE'S MY FIRST:

* NEVER TAKE YOUR HONDA TO C&V PERFORMANCE.
1) they don't know shit about hondas
2) they will charge you heaps and order you parts without asking you
3) they will probably charge you more if you're asian :rolleyes:

anyone know anything about Croydon Autosports?
how bout BD4s? i've heard good about them.

I was a mechanic for a long time and I know how workshops operate (ALL workshops). I wish I could help but I can't. The mysteroius Charlie helps me out (people in the know will know him)

c&V is as bad as Don's Performance was out at Wetherill Park. I hear nothing but good about BD4s and I'm still not to sure about Croydon's. Every time I go to get a price on parts they say they'll ring me back and never do :(

Damn... I forgot to mention... Hanny's Performance at Smithfield is the ONLY place I'd recommend for service etc on Hondas. Robbie and his mechanics are awesome - the place is a damn Honda Mecca on Saturdays - all through word of mouth. That says a lot about the business.

CAS are probably bad with parts, but good at mechanics so i've heard. will hanny's give me a lecture on modding my honda? haha.. when i was on the old board, i remember u guys sayin something bout that

hey setanta, what've u heard bout C&V? why've they got such a good rep usually?? i dont get it, thats why i went there.. i found out the hard way..
