Hey,
Got these from WalMart tonight. Goddam Revell!! I got the WRX at the NNL back in feb, and it takes you 5 months to get it out to the regular public! Bah! Anyway, as Joeham tells me, the RSX has a K20A2 motor. From the parts I can see, it is stock. The body, is laden with a crappy looking body kit, but nice pearl white paint, but then disrupted by crappy graphics, depicted pretty well in the preapplied decals. The body kit shows mold lines strongly.:( The fricken BODY KIT!!!! Revell!! Come on fuckers...no stock body!?!??!?!!? I hope the plastic version is stock. The hood is pretty cool with molded open vents. The pre applied cf decals doesn't line up with the one on the front bumper and hood.
WRX, already gone over by Jay. Still a nice kit!!! But 1:25!! WTF fuckers!!!!! AGH!!...
Challenger is from a show called "American Dreams"? WTH is that? I dunno. Looks like same kit as the Vannishing Point challenger.

Revell has said that the plastic RSX coming later this year will be the '05 (their director of marketing was here this past week for the IPMS show), w/the updated front/rear end. Not sure about the level of "customization". They show a stock RSX Type S in their catalog, and it's not listed as a tuner.
American Dreams was a TV show that was recently cancelled.
BTW, Testors announced an '06 Dodge Charger plastic kit in 1/24 scale at the IPMS show.
