Some old rod stuff.. (b/w photos)

I´m not shure i´ve shown you this crap that resides in a corner of my cabinet? Anyway, here´s some :sleep:

Built about 3-4 years ago. Based on Revell´s Tweedy Pie,but scratchbuilt frame,motor ( minus valvecovers) and rear wheels from Monograms Li´l Coffin. Painted some wierd goldgreen pearl..

This one above is kinda fun,since there´s no interior! The seat is just mocked up to see if it fits. It has been taken to show without int. :screwy: As you can understand, with a 1-week build time,there was no trophy given to it ;)
What it´s based on have slipped my mind, but i remember that the front tires are Tamiya VW and ..eh,that´s about it. Built in 2002 (?).

I think i´ve shown this earlier,but still after a year since it was finished, it´s one of my favorites! Based on a Revell ´29 Ford Ratrod-kit, it was from the beginning meant to be a rust oldschool one. The ´roof`is actually a ´59 Chevy trunklid. aSaw it in a magazine,and it stuck like glue in my brain! and the ´57 Chrysler rearend was just lying around and looked dead on ( after some serious narrowing and shortening).Paint is brown primer with heavy weathering from dry pastells.

They are all great but that `29 pickup is one of the coolest rods I´ve seen!

Thank you for all your warming comments :) And to scare you even more, there´s a `27 Tudor ( Delivery minus the rear widow `covers`) in the works right now. Severely chopped and a more than healthy channeling job.. :grinyes: Oldschool of course..
