I have a 1977 El Camino Classic for sale. It has 47k, supposedly original, on the odometer. The body has rust holes on the rear quarters, around some mouldings, around the rear window and other areas and the paint is faded.. I have put several thousand dollars into this car(I am a mechanic) and many hours. The shocks and rear coil overs and rear cargo coils are new. The brakes, master cylinder, 2 rotors, bearings and seals, Brute Stop pads, new Raybestos shoes, all spring kits and all new SS brake lines(with Syn Power fluid),along with 3 brake hoses, are new. The rear drums were cut. All the body mounts were replaced. There are 5 original Rallye wheels, painted correct color, with 5 new michelin X Radial Plus tires. The undercarriage was under coated, the gas lines replaced. The rear end was replaced with a stronger one from a station wagon and the spyder gears, seals , axle bearings, and Mobil 1 are new. It has 4 halogen X-tra Vision headlites. The dual exhaust system, 2 front 2 1/4" aluminized mandrel bent pipes with 2 Dyno Max Super Turbo 2 1/4", is new. Plus more. These parts are new with about 15 miles on them. I'd like to get around $2500. (I paid $2300. for just the car) or best offer. E-mail for pictures.
