Lights

Hey, I got a 2002 Taurus SES and for some reason, the interior and the lights under the mirrors stay on, while im driving, then after a few mins, the light goes off. And they stay on when I get out the car. I only have this problem when the driver side door is opened. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Spray the latcg inside the door. The door switch is located on top of the latch inside the door. This is a temporary fix.
