Here is a project I started the other day. It is my first attempt at body mods...I think it's going well so far. I am using Tamiya basic putty and I need to sand it yet...I have just started on the front and rear bumper, I will have pics once I figure out how to :lol2: I am trying to get ahold of some tuner rims, but all that teh local hobby store has are hoppin hydros and I didnt see any that suited it.... enjoy!

body mods are the most frustrating to get perfect, don't get discouraged if you mess up, nice work so far.

Thanks!
i forgot to say, we accidently bought some angle styrene tubing (its L shaped) so I decided to use that for drift side skirts...It works great! I glued it on at an angle and puttied it.....sorry if this is old news, just thought I'd share.
More progress probobly tomorrow

Updates:

I sanded the side skirts...they're not as "drifty" as I wanted them so I'm just going to make it a Tuner. I'm about to begin working on sanding the front bumper..enjoy for now! BTW, the rims from the kit aren't stock 180SX rims, are they?

I see not alot of people are interested  , but whatever. I'm having fun. :) Anyways, almost done the rear bumper. one more sand and a shot of primer. I cut out the license plate area because I'm gonna put some square exhaust in there.
Enjoy?

I think it's coming along great. keep up the great work. don't let anyone fool you, your stuff looks good. just because you don't yet have the skill of hiroboy, scale master, or any of the other masterbuilders on here, that doesn't mean your stuff is bad..... they have been building for DECADES!!! and I think those wheels are quite "drifty"

you're doing great, keep it up!!
