3.5 altima vs. 96 maxima

I'm just wondering what the outcome would be if a 3.5 altima and a 96 maxima where in a 1/8th of mile drag race. Both automatic and stock.

Would the maxima be totally destroyed by the Altima or would it put up a good fight?

I just got my 02 SE Altima and my dad has a '95 Maxima. My UNEDUCATED guess would be that it would be closer than Maxima fans would think. I feel the Altima is lighter since its a little smaller.

Altima 3.5: 240-250 horsepower
Maxima (96'):190 horsepower

^not really, considering the 4th gen maxima's are 300+ lbs lighter than the new altima's. i know the altima would win, but not by as much as most people would think.
