hey jason, what does the throttle body heater bypass do? and how much more HP does it give you?

Hah, that sounds like something a little ricer boy would ask.

I'm just messin with you. All the throttle body heater bypass does is that it redirects the engine coolant so that it doesn't go through the throttle body. The throttle body has a coolant passage going through it to prevent icing in the wintertime. By bypassing the coolant, the throttle body stays cooler and and lowers your intake air temperature. Thus giving you 1 hp if your lucky. I never really saw a need for doing it. If you live somewhere where it gets really cold during the winter, then I would advise you to not do this. As I said before, it's there to prevent ice from forming.

I know this question was directed towards jason, but I'm wide awake and cant sleep. So I figured I'd help ya out.

ok, thanks for clearing that up. i got another one now - how do you get higher fuel pressure and will you gain much HP? im just looking around for cheap little HP gaining mods.

www.firebirdv6.com is a great site. the modifications section helped me alot.

the higher fuel pressure was to help with the nytrous all i did was took the vacume line off the pressure regulator and capped it off dont think it will make an increse in hp

yer best bet is to start with exhaust cold air intake if you can an off road pipe (look for local laws (if you must have an emisions test you cant do it)
