2002 taurus AC blower

Only in the mornings once I start up my car the ac blower doesn't work.

I have tried looking at the relays under the dash and at the fuse block under the hood...just as I was ready to give up and decided to get me some relays from the store...that ac blower starts to blow after I shut the hood. The next morning samething, I tapped on everything thinking that maybe a relay is sticking but nothing worked until I shut the hood.

Heres some facts ;
The AC compressor is on and freon is being pumped, still blower not working.
AC compressor isn't kicking off and on to indicate low freon
Once the blower starts working...it works all day until it sits up over night.

Hey, I had the same problem in my Taurus. Replace the blower.

Wiggle the connection on the blower when it is not working. If it starts to work, then the connector is loose or one of the pins is loose inside the motor. You can tighten the connections with a small screwdriver by inserting into the end of connector between the flat side od pin and the housing. Slightly twist screwdriver to barely bend the flat side of the pin connector. If it is internal, replace the motor.
