Power locks won't work

Power locks not working right. The left front door switch will not lock or unlock anything, the right front switch will unlock all doors except the
drivers door and won't lock anything, and the rear hatch switch will lock
all doors except the drivers front door and won't unlock anything.

I have a 97 explorer with the same problem to a letter. I am going to switch out the pcm, Being that is what controls everything. I will let you know what happens
