4Runner Purchase

I'm thinking about buying a '95 4Runner. It has about 90K miles. Right now the major problem is sometimes when the key is turned to start nothing happens, no crank or start. Other times it is fine. This what the owner told me. Sounds like a starter solenoid? Anyone have any experience with this problem?

Also, anything else I should look at before I buy it?

Look at a '96. They are more powerful and reliable, and get much better gas mileage.
