99 Durango power windows will not operate. Checked fuse referenced in owners manual and replaced it. Still not working. Could the drivers door panel controller be bad? If so, would that cause the other door window buttons not to operate as well? Any help or advice would be great.

Dodge had a recall on the Durango power windows. There is a website where you can look up the recalls on individual vehicles, but I don't know it offhand and don't have time right now to look it up.
If you find an honest dealership (I think they exist) they will 'fess up to the fact that there has been a recall, and fix your window problem for free (and probably note you have 5-10 OTHER critical problems).
