electrical problems

vehicle tries to start after adjusting alarm under dash. Has a slow crank when jumping the stater relay under the hood. Battery/alt./negative cable and also mutiple relays and even my modulator all parts are less than a year to a couple days old. costing too much money to keep reparing trying to sell to get a truck. But along with this the steering is loose packed with grease the( steering gearbox ) when turning squills and steady shakes when going 55mph the whole front end. Willing to take any suggestions. I did alot of modifications to just up and quit. :mad:
