ok heres the plan.

I had a 89 t2 Rx-7...due to a cooling problem, ruined the rotors...

ANYWAYS, rather than rebuild, im going to get a clean 1995 240sx. but what plan to do, is salvage the turbo from my rx7, and the flange from the manifold. My question is, to people that have done similar ka-t setups, how did u run the oil lines to and from the turbo?

is there an oil cooler, or some other external line that i can tap into?

nope, you need to make your fittings that Tee's off the stock oil pressure sensor. here is a link with all the parts you need to make one.

that you gotta weld a a tube in the oil pan and a return line on it. not sure between which bolts you gotta do it in and how low you gotta put it.

what turbo is on the rx7? From the twin turbo setup I've seen, the turbos are physically small, and the exhaust side flange is wierd. I'm wondering if the turbo will have enough umf to push a 2.4L engine.... Most popular turbo I've seen for a KA-T is T3/T4

no its not from a 3rd gen twin turbo. the 2nd gen had slightly larger single setups...honestly its almost the size of a t3 so im not worrying. and i am capable of running up to 11psi on it.

lol....its a s4 Na with t2 swap. yes i still have the car, but its junk, bought from a shop called Mpulsive Rotaries and the owner who built it, did a hack job...pluged a cooling line wiht a spark plug, forgot to bleed the brakes, forgot to connect an axel, and forgot to tight the left rear lugs nuts down (yea it fell off).

i love rotaries, more than these stupid piston motors =P but i cant find another one in decent shape, and im tired of looking.

If it will hold 300WHP on an 13B it will hold more than 300 on a KA.

Rotarys are less efficent that pistons... that being said this guy needs to put a 13BT into his 240SX.
