Hey everyone,
I friend of mine has a dodge truck 85 it starts right up,in park it runs ok but in drive as soon as the gas pedal is depressed the truck spurtters and cuts off.I dont know much about the truck but I could use some good leads.

Sounds a lot like the accelerator pump in the carb is leaking or worn. I would replace it (and maybe rebuild the carb while it is apart) and see if that doesnt cure it.
