aftermarket alarm systems

so im done with the whole passkey 3 or vats or whatever comes on 1999's on my 99 gt, too much audio equipment in my car doesn't let me sleep comfortably at night...i'm looking for a new alarm system from the ground up. does anybody have some sort of tutorial or diagrams that show where the brain is located and where the shock sensor and connectors are? if im looking to put an aftermarket alarm in should i completely remove the factory alarm? i like things done to perfection, and i'm looking for a complete alarm: lcd remotes, remote starter, shock sensor, motion sensor, door unlock, truck release, and window roll up from a remote or power off...does anybody know of a good alarm that encorporates all these? is it a good idea to ditch the factory remotes and everything? if i cant physically remove all of this, how can i electrically disable it? any suggestions are appreciated, thanks
