TCC (PWM) valve or Tcc Solenoid valve?

I have the P1870 code with the hard 1-2 hard shifts on my 4L60E and was wondering which one of the TCC valves I need to replace? I picked up the TCC (PWM) valve at the dealer, but now I read where it could be any one of the valves? Any suggestions?
