WIP: Integra Roadster. The Integra that Acura should have made.

This model has been sitting in the corner for the past couple years since I originally built it. When I first built it my skills were limited (still are) so I decided to redo it. The only reason I decided to redo this car is to practice cutting off the top before I do it on my eclipse.

I have shaved the handles, molded in the truck, molded in rear bumper, molded in front end, cut the top off, removed the wipers and smoothed the wiper cowl, and fixed all the previous imperfections on the body.

I still need to add the lights, paint it, redo the interior, paint it, and some other details. I'm gonna have to do something behind the backseat like make a boot or a roadster top thingy.

Low-ride-er. Very interesting project you have going on here. I would say make it have a convertible folded up behind the rear seats, but I'm not sure how it would look.

What are your plans for colors and wheels?

Color: Maybe Pink or maybe a two tone scheme. I'm still not sure.
Wheels: I have no idea!

well it is always fun to do something different!

Personally I think that this is an awesome project. But that could just be because I gave one of my integra's the same treatment a while back. I never finished it but i'll try and find some pics. This is inspiring me to finish mine so thanks vanilla.....................*Ryan*

May I suggest a toneau cover that molds into some roll hoops?

keep those rims...those rims are awesome
they look like the racing hart c2's

you might wanna consider using some styrene strips to fill in the gaps around the interior. Just my 2 cents.

You build your models to please you and i think your on a roll with this kit , as for the color well i WOULDNT go with pink LOL!

as you can see the interoir should come real close to the body and i add the support rack off the cobra mustang conv. but other then that all i did was cut the roof off LOL! and as you can tell i didnt know what color to paint it so a grabbed a few LOL!

Wow! That integra is sick. I love the bodykit and paint. I also like the way you incorporated the roll bar into the car. What base color did you use? It looks like the same color that I used on my other Integra in the background of my pics.
