I have a 98 expedition the darned thing has cost me money since I got
it. It is making a noise that sounds like a siren and its constant unless
you have your foot on the gas. DOes anyone have this problem? Called

I've heard of this problem with a lot of GM cars and the cause was a noisy fuel pump. Maybe yours is getting ready to go out.
