Blown turbo = Ass beating

Ok... Im incredibly pissed off right now. I just purchased a Big 16g turbo from my friend Rich after being screwed on a dsmtrader scam for an Evo III. I decided to sell my small 16g to the person I purchased my car from , Clint. Well yesterday he called me saying he didnt want it now cause he was saving for an Evo instead. He brings it back. I give him his money and he leaves. Upon inspecting my old turbo I grab the compressor fin (which used to have slight shaft play) now bangs off the compressor housing and the turbine rubs against the turbine housing. Anyhow, he doesnt know I know yet. I told him to come up cause I need to show him something on my tranny. Now... my question is what could have caused this. I know it was not run on a car for a fact. Could dropping it or taking it apart or something cause this. What could make it go from little shaft play to f*cking shot to hell. He has no clue what hes in for. Hes giving me $200 (original selling price) or he is getting his ass stomped. What do you guys think could have happend to it if it was never on a car?

I have no idea what he could have done, but maybe since the oil completely drained out that it leaves more room for movement? That's all I have to throw out. That and if someone took and it, and for fun took some compressed air and spun it like that.

Off topic, what was the guys name who screwed you on dsmtader for an evo 3? I got screwed too about a year ago. 375 bucks. He was in michigan. His name was Bill Ritsema. Same guy?

You guys know there's a site dedicated to posting frauds on dsmtrader right? Goodguybadguy or something like that. I don't understand how people get screwed though. If you used paypal, you just call up your credit card and tell them someone jacked your card and took money out. You're not liable for anything. I have never had to do this though so I dont know every detail.
