Hello,
We got my daughter a 91 Olds Ciera, 3.3 to drive. It has 155,000 miles on it. It is her first car. We have a few problems on it if anyone can help. It has no A/C, and the front windows (driver and passenger) will not go up or down. I don't know if the ac needs recharged or not. And on the windows, I don't have a clue if it is the motors or a fuse? The fan was not working, so we replaced the fan relay and it took care of that. We bought this car pretty cheap, so we are expecting some repairs. But we would like to do all that we can ourselves to save money. Any ideas would be helpful! Thank you in advance!

First thing to do would be to check AC & power window fuses in the fuse block. It should be located in the glove box. See if any are blown before checking window motors. You may get lucky and just have to replace fuses. Let us know what you find and we can go from there.

Yea, check the fuses first. I know when I bought my 93 Cutty I had to get the AC recharged. It helped.. wasn't the best AC but it made it cold instead of blowing hot air. Hopefully it's the fuses for windows and AC/recharge.. Let us know.
