Power Windows stuck open

I have a 1990 Z24 with power windows, as gathered by the thread title I'm sure...anywho, the little panel thingy that operates them is kinda broken...and all the wires, except for one, came off of it. There's 6 wires in total...and I've recently learned that the pink wire does not go with the black one that's already there...cuz it causes the car to flicker... there's 2 black wires, one pink wire, one blue wire, one beige wire and one grey wire... and.... the panel looks something like this... [:. .: ] the little dots represent the plugs for the wires...and the bottom left hand plug has the original black wire in it....can anyone help me?...my windows are stuck open and I think its gonna rain soon! :(
