94 corolla timing belt/clutch replace

I have a 94 corolla which seems to be in need of a new clutch (car has this awful jerking gears 1,2,3...168k and i'm pretty sure the clutch is original). I've also been told that i should probably replace the timing belt while i'm at it. I'm not terribly experienced with these types of repairs, but I would be comfortable trying them if i had some instructions or a guide...which brings the question: is there a guide or manual out there (preferably online) that someone can recommend to help me out with these tasks? Also, I'm looking for some good spark plugs and fuel system cleaner (crummy mileage lately)...and recommendations? Thanks.
