OK i went to a junk yard and found a intake manifold off of a 4gen civic Wagon.... i looked at it and it looked just like mine!
it also came off of a d15b2 engine.....same engine as in my 88 civic hatch back dx,,,,
ok it boltted on great everything fit!
but theres only one Problem now
okay my old intake manifold had one vacum line on the manifold "the line runs to the back of the intake manifold on the left side...
ok the new intake manifold i put on has too vacum lines rite next to each other at the same spot....
so i went to auto zone and i rigged up in stead of having one hose go into the manifold i now have two since this one needs to hoses for the vacum lines...
now my engine lite comes on and my engine runs not so well....
i think its the hoses that run from the map sensor... remenber my old one had one and the one from the civic wagon has two....
and if i should plug off one which one??? there right next to each other....
please help!
