Dent in bumper :(

i messed up my moms car and put a giant flippin' dent in the (plastic) bumper, its like 2 inches deep , 5 inch width, 3 inch height .. how the flip do i fix it? i need to fix it. i need to like pop it back out or something but i dont know how. anyone HELP PLEASE!

dependin on the year of the vehicle, the bumper should be able to just be pushed back out with your hand. Other wise you mkight have to replace the whole bumper.
