NA hp expectations

I have a friend who is looking into getting a 91-93 project SE-R. We were wondering what kind of N/A power he could expect to get before going turbo. intake exhaust cams ecu upgrade and what not. Thanks for whatever help you can give me.

I'm gonna say about 170-175 crank hp with FULL bolt-ons. I mean, everything! That should be good for mid-low 14's.

Ok thanks a lot. He was thinking more of a track car then drag but 14s with an N/A is pretty quick. I think the entire car will be stripped down for weight and what not. Any idea for a good site to look for parts. Thanks again
