how do u remove to manual window crank?

There is a "horseshoe clip" that holds the handle onto the shaft.
Before you remove the handle, make a note of the direction the handle points when the window is rolled up. Makes it a lot easier on the knees if it is at the 8 o'clock position on the passenger side or the 4 o'clock on the drivers side. You don't bump them so often.
There is a "special" tool use for this that fits the slot and pushes it out from the knob end of the winder handle. You can also use a rag and work it between the flange of the handle and the door panel protector that is between the handle and upholstery.

the lock isnt unlocking so most likely something just came lose and needs to be put back in its place. thanks :thumbsup:
