WTF! A/C Quit me

Roll'in down the interstate, pull'in a trailer, runn'in about 75 mph, listen'in to the radio..........Life was good.
I noticed the A/C started getting a little warmer...then alot warmer....then no worky at all.:mad:
The damned high pressure switch broke off of the back of the compressor, letting all the freon out. What would cause this???:confused:
Got a new switch ordered, about 20 bucks, then the recharge and we'll be back in business hopefully.
