Trouble finding compressor control unit, please help

I have a 89 honda prelude 2.0 si and am having trouble finding the compressor control unit. My mechanics manual says it should be near the passenger side floor or side panel near floor, i found a control box with 3 plugs in it and a set of plugs against the wall that is facing the engine, i am looking for a 13 prong plug and i can't find it at all please help.
