Pontiac service manual. That's the only one that will be "dedicated" to the Pontiac. You should be able to find one at Hemmings.
There aren't THAT many differences between the Pontiac and any other V8 of the same era, from a machining and assembling point of view. Jim Hand's book "How to Build Max-performance Pontiac V8s" by SA Designs, can illustrate some of the "quirks" in the Pontiac.
Be very careful about modifications. Understand this is a very different engine, from a design perspective, than a 350 Chevy, 350 Olds OR 350 Buick. Changes that help one family can hurt another.

There are other sites dedicated strictly to Pontiac.
boyleworks.com (muscle cars)
performanceyears.com
classicalpontiac.com
Be aware, asking questions out there about the 350 will get a lot of "just build a 400 or 455" answers. Don't sweat it. Build what you like. At least no one will tell you to "just put a Chevy in it".
