Make it better

Hey everyone, i Drive a 2002 330ci convertible (in Australia). i love my car as we all love our BMW's, but i would love the car to have more power in it, at the moment i put my foot down and i head doesnt kick back! I WANT THE KICK BACK! so my question is, if i wanted to up the kilawattts and make it sportier and faster, what are the best things to do?
