There is a fuse and a little switch under my dash and i can't figure out what its for. The switch doesn't seem to do anything.

It was probably for an old keyless alarm system or something of the sort...doubt it would be for neons or nething like that

The car has never had an aftermarket alarm or anything like that installed, it has the lock/unlock remote that came with the car. Nothing else has been installed on it that I am aware of. The way it splits from the wiring looks like it was installed form the factory.

Have u tried pushing it when the car is off, on, with it off and the door open and it on with the door open?

I wouldnt worry about it then, I was assuming aftermarket alarm because some of them have the vallet switches that they come with.

I'm not worried about it, just curious about what it does
