IAC reading too high

Still hackin on this damn thing. Hooked up to a scanner, IAC reading is at 70. was told it should be around 16. Still no check engine light coming on. Have replaced IAC, MAP sensor Coolant temp sensor and intake cold air sensor.. ANY IDEAS?

p.s.. this is my wife's car ( and I'm tired of listenin to her) so any help would be more than appreciated. lol
