I GOT A 10 DAY EVITION NOTICE TODAY....(I LIVE IN A MOBLE HOME COMMUNITY)....FOR MY TRUCK BEING TO LOUD!!!...WTF !!!!!!
THE MANAGER TOLD ME LAST YEAR THAT MY TRUCK (1991 CHEVY SCOTTSDALE) WAS TO LOUD, BECAUSE HE HAD GOTTEN A COMPLAINT, SO I PUT NEW MUFFLERS ON IT AND THOUGHT THAT WAS IT....THAT WAS ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO AND NO MORE NEWS ON THAT....AND NOW I GOT THIS NOTICE THAT IF THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED IN 10 DAYS MY RENTAL LEASE WILL BE TERMINATED....
SO WHEN I GET HOME IM GONNA GO OVER MY LEASE AGREEMENT, CAUSE I DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING BOUT HOW LOUD YOUR TRUCK OR CAR CAN BE....I HEAR LOUD TRUCKS GO BY MY PLACE ALL THE TIME AND IT DONT BOTHER ME.....AND THEN IM GOING DOWN TO THE OFFICE AND SEE WHAT THE F**KING PROBLEM IS. :mad:

Just drive slowly, put it into gear and idle out of the park....either that or say fuck it, unbolt everything behind the header and go sit outside of his office and lay on the gas for about an hour.

The Speed Limit In There Is 10mph And Is Has These High Ass Speed Bumps That Anything Over 20mph Tosses Every Thing In The Truck All Over The Place....dont Know Yet What Im Gonna Say To Him...

Talk to a lawyer. I just took a Texas Real Estate Law class and I'm pretty sure they cannot evict you for that circumstance no matter where you live.
And just to play it safe go re-read through your lease agreement and see what it says. But it sound bogus to me.

yeah go over you contract and read it and if it says nothin about it, unbolt everything and just have open headers and go to his office lol and rev your engine haha

Take the exhaust off at the header, go to the people who made the complaint at 3 am, and play the game of "how much can the windows shake at 1,000 rpm, 2000 rpm, 3000 rpm, 4000 rpm, ect".
