Hello all,
I have seeen this problem described by others but have yet to see an answer. My 91 caravan's speedo, tach, fuel gauage work at times and then quit. Sometimes they will not work until after having started and running about 30 seconds. While driving it, it's like the power is being connected and disconnected to all the instrument panel. It will flicker on and off. I have retightened and cleaned the grounds at the battery and engine. I cannot find the ground at the kick panel. I also cleaned the connections at the BCM and the instrument cluster. Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Scott

You may have an internal problem with the BCM and it will probably need to be replaced. Check car-part.com for a wrecking yard in your area that may have one to fit your vehicle.

Fixed my problem with a used BCM from a salvage yard for $35.00. Thank you GTP Dad for the info. Hope this will help someone else. The Dealer wants over $300.00 for a new BCM.
