91 Explorer Engine Replacement

I blew my engine last year and just got a replacement for it. My brother and I have two bolts left which we can't get to. They are two of the eight tranny bolts. I have removed the two on the very bottom and he has taken out the four on the top side. Any ideas on how to get this done, preferably quick and easy of course?
