im gonna go pick her up on saturday.. I'm getting her for $3,500.. she has 98k miles.. 1990 iroc 5.7 TPI... REALLY CLEAN... I'm probably gonna take off her bra though hehe.. yeah and it has flowmaster 80's series too... other than that.. shes all original..

Mm..very nice, i'd bring down the price a little if I were you but if that's as low as he goes then it's all good, very nice and taking the bra off is :thumbsup: because then the color doesnt match after a while.

yeah he keeps it garaged though but still.. it looks a lot better without a bra.. hes the original owner and has all the documentation and everything..

lol ive been searching for my second 3rd gen ever since i got my first iroc when i was 17

wth? i just noticed something.. the engine bay/firewall are are black.. arent those areas suppose to be pained the color of the car (white).. is there a chance it isnt the original paint.. i wouldnt mind seeing as how good it looks.. hmm?

I think it's fine the way it is, my neighbor's Z28 has a black firewall and it's also white..with a bra..wonder if you're buying his.. actually his is a 91 so wouldnt think so.

lol thats odd.. ive seen other irocs and z28s out there that are white and have white firewalla dn engine bay.. who knows why these are that way

Well thinking that the engine IS original I dont see why the owner would go out of his way to take the engine out and only paint the firewall black so i'd say it's fine.

the engine bay is the same color the car was, it was repainted, probly due to the factory clear coat peeling and factory paint fading. i wouldnt worry about it, the paint on it is probly better than it originally had, personally for that low mileage (most third gens have a good 50k more than that) and garaged condition, and having already been painted, i would happily pay the 3500 for it. buying a cheaper one certainly hasnt saved me any money on my IROC.

Looks good, The bra coming off is a must. On some cars they don't look too bad but they collect dirt and scratch the paint all to hell.

Yeah I had a bra on my 89 and now the clear coat it messed up and theres what looks like duct tape goo on my hood. But it looked good while the paint was still good. sweet looking car though. I payed 4500 for my 92 z and it has 84000 miles on it. I jumped on it because its so hard to find a nice and well kept third gen with low miles.

yeah man most of the ones you find are already on their last leg and are all fallling apart.. cant wait till saturday though =)
