Lowering Springs & shocks

Will putting lowering springs on my Lancer have an adverse enough effect to require me to get new shocks for it as well?

Any help is appreciated.

it's better to buy the springs and shocks

the car will ride worse than stock if you get lowering springs but no performance shocks.
