I recently decided to do a replica of my real car. It is a 1999 Eclipse Syder GS. I will be using the revell eclipse tuner kit. My abilities and skill is limited so if it comes out looking even a little bit like the real car I will be happy. :)
One of the biggest things I will have to do to this model is make a stock front bumper because the kit only has "custom" ones. I have already started on the bumper and so far it looks OK.
Another big thing is my car is a convertible but the model is a hatchback. So it will be off with the roof!

I will post pictures soon (probably today or tomorrow).
It should be an interesting and challenging build for me.

it might not be a bad idea to try to find a die cast spyder and rip off a few of the parts... thing that concerns me the most about turning a coupe into a 'vert is the boot for the top when its folded down.
