Another picture question

How can I scale down the size of my picture so I can post it? I have all these pics of cars and stuff that I want to post but they are 400 Kb. Thanks in Advance

use an image program such as Photoshop to scale down the image. then resave them and post em.

if you dont have something like Photoshop, u can also use Paint
