alcohol burner

I wanna turn my 1998 Z71 into a mutha fuckin alcohol burner I want at least 800hp anybody know if this is possible with the truck being fuel injected or does it have to be carbureted...I would like to be directed to ANY information that can help me out.

you'll need the 6.0 or the 8.1 to do it, I would suggest the 8.1, but yes you can get those number out of a fuel injected engine.

o yeah, and as far as the question goes- this guys truck is a 98, and "the silverado forum is for 99 and newer". but since he asked, being a 98 i do believe the engine is a 350. which is a normal small block and absolutely can be made into an alcohol burning, fire breathing monster. with some money and time of course. and u dont need 800 hp. u can get more horsepower than you could ever really use on the street with some good ole pump premium. read car craft and hot rod.
