Maint. At 50k

I'm approaching the 50k mark, and I was wondering what should be done to my car at or around this point. I had the fuel system cleaned at 45k and plugs/wires replaced also. Anything else I'm missing?

Umm.... I had my Tranny flushed and filled, Coolant flushed and filled + new thermostat, I just threw some new plugs and wires in at 58K, oil change, I switched over to Mobil 1 witch you don't have to but i did, fuel filter would be a good idea... thats about the only other major stuff. Wouldn't hurt to have the brake and steering fluids changed and a system clean.
