G-Force & CEL -- HELP!

Just installed the G-force ECU for m/t for my 1995 SE 5 speed yesterday. Drove it once and thought it worked great. Started car this morning and got a CEL immediately. Pulled codes (see list below). Cleared ECU and drove. When I went to restart the car after work, the CEL reappeared. Same codes. Cleared the ECU again but when restarting, it always reappears with the same codes.

Swapped my OEM ECU back in. No CEL, No Codes.

What gives here? Has this happened to anyone? Why am I getting an A/T code when the Gforce I have is supposed to be manual tranny?
